The people behind the work.
We don’t scale the roster. We scale what a small group can ship by keeping the pod tight, the repo clean, and the hand-offs at zero. If you hire us, you work with these people — every week, on the same codebase.
The core team.

Small pod.
Short loops.
Weekly demo. Daily push.
Tuesday demo call with you. Between demos, every push lands in your repo the moment it lands in ours.
Shared repo, shared Slack.
You get the repo, the staging env, and a dedicated channel with the whole pod. No relays, no SDR.
One pod, one engagement.
We take one primary engagement at a time. When we are yours, we are yours — not split across four clients.
Linear · Figma · Claude Code.
Linear for the plan, Figma for the few things that need it, Claude Code for the rest.
Every phase has a go / no-go.
Four reviews, four exits. If things are not working we end the engagement cleanly and you keep what we shipped.
90 days on the bridge.
Post-launch on-call is included. Incident runbooks, pager rota, quarterly review — then a clean handoff if you want it.
We’re not hiring. Here’s why.
Every team we admire stayed small on purpose. We’d rather ship one excellent project at a time than run a ten-person consultancy. When we open a new seat it will be because the work demands it — not because we landed a bigger contract.
- We open a seat maybe every 18 months. When we do, it’s narrow and specific.
- We hire from our extended network first. Contributors on our open-source work, people who’ve freelanced with us before.
- When we run a public search, it goes on this page — not LinkedIn, not Indeed. Check back.
- For now: collaborate with us on an engagement. That’s how most of our future teammates will meet us.
